Hot Stuff the little devil in "The Blot"

As I said I will   post scans of the Classic harvey comics, So even the future Generations will enjoy this stories and the the legacy of casper will never forgotten...   This time I will put a Hot stuff story, since he is my favorite character... I know What you think... Another Hot stuff comic? The previous scan "invaders of mars"  was actually a spooky story, even if Hot stuff was in it.

Being banished to the moon isn't as bad as you think, since Hot stuff can actually survive in outer space, its more like the devilish version of bieng sent to yout room.

Yes, you are right, the Blot is the name of this supervillain, with a name like that you can inject the fear directly to the heart of your enemies. 

As you can see cops are really useless as usual in the comics, even againts a villain as lame as the Blot.

If you are wonndering: ,Why is this villain wearing a diaper too?.... funny fact in the comics the diapers are just a form of funny sensorship, for exaple devils were clasically portrayed naked so harvey put diapers on them.

Wow,  Guns in a comic for Children... not even the superhero cartoon on tv depict real Guns, does someone remember the laser pistols in the  spiderman cartoon series?

AS its well known by exorcists,  devils can't be hurt by bullets  to the face, even high voltage doesnt work, but   water is a different story.

How the hell The blot's powers work? he was totally evaporated not only he was totally intact, but he even got new superpowers.

Ok A lame supervillan deservas a lame ending he is not match for our favorite little devil,  However  I am real curious about the way the blot got his power I bet he is either mutant or part of a experiment or even is radition involved.
